Update 21\/05\/19:<\/h3>\n

Thanks to Stephen Earthly, Adrian Griggs and Malcolm Ferguson-Thomas I have now managed to add more photographs to the Chesterfield<\/a>, Huddersfield<\/a> and Wembley<\/a> photo galleries.<\/p>\n

I have added a new photo gallery for the promotion day at Chesterfield in the 1990\/91 season<\/a>. thanks to Adrian Griggs for the photo graphs.<\/p>\n

Update 14\/08\/19:<\/h3>\n

I have uploaded photos of prototypes shirts that I have acquired for the new 2019\/20 season<\/a>. These include Adidas prototype samples, as well as a couple of badge variations for the Nike away shirt.<\/p>\n

Update 13\/08\/19:<\/h3>\n

I’ve been given permission to add some colour match photos from 1979\/80<\/a>, 1983\/84<\/a>, 1986\/87<\/a> and 1987\/88<\/a> that were taken by former Halifax Town photographer Keith Middleton. Some of these shirts I have never seen in colour before. Interestingly in the 86\/87 season we had to use the 85\/86 away shirt as both the blue home and white away shirts clashed with the Halifax Town striped home shirt.<\/p>\n

Update 18\/04\/19:<\/h3>\n

I’ve spent a day scanning in old copies of the Posh Post<\/a>. The files are quite big, and are taking a while to upload. So far I have managed to do the last 9 editions, if you click on the image of the paper you should be able to read the entire paper. I’ve also added two more Posh shirt to the collection, both from the 2017\/18 season with the Freekicks Sponsor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I’ve recently picked up a whole stack of old programs from 1978-1997, so will be scanning bits in to add to the site, just need to figure out what is worth uploading. I’ve also picked up a wonderful signed colour team photo from the 1982\/83 season<\/a> (with the 1983\/84 fixture list on it).<\/p>\n

I’ve added a few recent match worn shirts to the gallery, the most notable of which is the green Goalkeeper shirt worn by Neil Freeman during the 1981\/82 season<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I have added a new page<\/a> detailing the home and away shirts that I am still looking to add to the collection. This can be accessed on the lefthand menu. I have decided not to include the Goalkeeper shirts in this list because there’s far too many to include, although I have tweeted<\/a> about this recently.<\/p>\n

I’ve filled in a few missing editions of Posh Post<\/a>, and now have covershots of the first 28.<\/p>\n

Update 23\/03\/19:<\/h3>\n

Finally got hold of the 2011\/12 away shirt<\/a>, and been able to add that to the collection. Would love to have one with the Old Trafford embroidery from the 2011 Play-Off Final. If anyone has one, then please get in touch<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Update 17\/03\/19:<\/h3>\n

I’ve added more newspaper clippings from the 1959\/60<\/a> FA Cup run, as well as clippings from the 1960\/61<\/a>, 1961\/62<\/a> and 1964\/65<\/a> seasons. Also, a match report from Chester City at home in 1978\/79<\/a> with some 1970s language used to described our star player.<\/p>\n

Update 16\/03\/19:<\/h3>\n

I’ve scanned in the merchandise catalogue from the 2002\/03<\/a> season from when Posh were supplied by Goal International. If anyone else has any merchandise catalogues, please contact me<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Update 14\/03\/19:<\/h3>\n

I have started to upload scan of the covers of Posh Post<\/a> from the 1962\/63 season, although there are over a hundred of these. In due course I will scan in the full copies so that the articles can be read.
