Now I know what you’re all thinking. In the photo the players are wearing Baliston shirts, yet my shirt has the Diego logo one. Well this caused a very confusing discussion between me and the French collection selling this shirt. Turns out that this IS the Baliston shirt, but with the Diego logo ironed over the top. This particular shirt was used in the 2009 friendly vs Corsica, photos of which can be found on http://www.afpforum.com.

Following my brief appearance on Daily Mail website my story has been picked up in several countries including the Mumbai Mirror and Turkish paper the Milliyet. On the back of this story a Turkey based football website footballove.com picked up on the story.
